Calendar contents do not appear
Section titled “Calendar contents do not appear”Calinsight may not have been granted access. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, and check that Calinsight is listed and enabled under both Calendars and Reminders.
The two are granted separately, so if only one side is missing, check whether just that one is switched off.
After changing permissions, quit Calinsight and open it again.
A calendar is missing
Section titled “A calendar is missing”In Settings (⌘,), open the Calendars tab and check that Active is selected for that calendar. Reminder lists are in the Reminders tab.
Completed reminders don’t show up
Section titled “Completed reminders don’t show up”The filter at the right of the band may be set to “Hide completed reminders”, “Events only” or “Incomplete reminders only”. Press the button to cycle through the views.
I cannot remove an alert from an event
Section titled “I cannot remove an alert from an event”If the macOS Calendar app has a default alert configured, that alert is added automatically when an event is created, and the Calinsight edit form cannot remove it.
Change or clear the default in the Calendar app under Settings → Alerts.
