Calinsight is a macOS app that keeps your calendar events and reminders in one window in the menu bar.

Using the app

The guide is listed on the left. Press ⌘K to search all of it.

New here? Start with Introduction. If you just want to get set up, go to Installing and first run.

If something is not working

These are covered in Troubleshooting:

• Nothing from your calendars or reminders appears
• A calendar is missing from the list
• Completed reminders don’t show up
• An alert on an event can’t be removed

What you need

macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are handled by the Mac App Store. For receipts or refunds, please contact Apple Support.
